Acropora globiceps is found from the Maldives in the Indian Ocean to French Polynesia in the south Pacific Ocean. Within the United States, it occurs in Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the Pacific Remote Island Areas, and at Lalo (French Frigate Shoals) in the Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument.
