It could mean your cup is not deep enough! Even if you are same bra size as someone else, all of us have different levels of breast projection, which is why not every bra will work for every breast shape! Also, keep in mind that we all carry our volume differently so growing out of your cup could look like this first rather than the top cup spillage. To solve this, first consider your same cup size in a deeper cup style! That could mean softer cup fabric, a narrower wire cup with more projection, or a different wire shape! If that doesn’t work, then consider increasing your cup! As always, experiment! So many people just think bras are inherently painful and annoying, but pain always means something about the fit is off for you. Don’t get discouraged!
