Our Smallest Bodywork Mat - Great for Camping and Overnight Guests, too! The Personal Bodywork Mat is a futon-style mat designed for comfortable yet firm support during massage and bodywork sessions. Its single-person-sized surface area creates the ideal nurturing environment for body and breath work. The cover is made of durable cotton twill fabric. The cover is zippered and can be removed for washing in cool water and mild detergent. The mat is filled with cotton batting, which is enclosed in linen fabric and tufted to prevent shifting and bunching up of the cotton batting. An included cotton-web strap secures the mat when it is rolled or folded up. The strap doubles as a carry strap making the mat transportable. Both massage therapist and client will find this mat to be a comfortable choice for almost any type of massage or bodywork. Also great for Camping, Sleep Overs, Temporary Guest Bedding, and Relaxing on the Floor! All our mats come standard with a cotton web strap and quick-release buckles. The strap will secure the mat into a roll, C fold or Z fold. The strap doubles as a shoulder strap so you can carry your mat.
