The stocking pattern explores two different half-square triangle construction methods: 2-in-1 and 8-in-1. Fabric requirements, cutting directions and construction directions throughout the pattern makes one stocking. Construction directions include three different layouts as shown in the photos to create variation if you choose to create more than one stocking, and / or prefer one layout more than the other. 

Instructions in the pattern exclude how to embroider letters on stockings.
