Third Age Fitness trains and equips instructors who are working, or want to work, with older adults in the fitness industry. The population is ageing and this special population group is growing rapidly - we want to give them fun, challenging, and sustainable fitness programs to help them make the most out of life! We also have something for those older adults and seniors who want to take charge of their health and stay fit and strong from the comfort of home. Third Age Fitness is based in Melbourne, but serves instructors and older adults around the world through online training, digital memberships, and international DVD distribution. We offer a host of self-paced online training and face-to-face workshops for instructors, councils and corporations, as well as diverse fitness programs for seniors and older adults via online workouts and DVDs. Carol & Trudi have been working in the fitness industry for more than 60 years combined, and they are uniquely equipped and experienced to train in this area. Third Age Fitness has a passion for training up a new generation of dedicated and skilled fitness instructors, as well as keeping our current generation of seniors active and independent. Get in touch with us today to see how we can work together.
